These are some of the advantages and benefits of using our specialised international recruitment service:
Time-saving: we can handle the entire recruitment process, freeing up valuable time for your organization.
Access to a wider pool of candidates: we manage the largest network and database of potential candidates (amongst them the PadelMBA and M3 Padel Academy alumni)
Expertise and experience: we are both experts in international recruitment and the padel sector, with more than a decade of experience. We speak the language of both
Cost-effectiveness: our services can be way more cost-effective. How much your time is worth? which is the cost of an employee dedicated to these functions? and the loss of earnings due to lack of personnel?
Improved hiring decisions: we will provide objective and expert advice on hiring, reducing the risk of making a poor hiring decision.
You don't need to hire us...
What option to choose?
If you simply want the CV and presentation of candidatesthat meet your requirements then the Basic option is the one for you.
Choose Standard if you do not need assistance in developing/improving your job offer but want us to conduct technical & personal skills interviews.
The Premium service allows you to make use of all our resources, to develop the best competitive positioning and to enjoy the peace of mind of long lasting satisfactory results.
Everything well explained
From the moment we receive the job order and the necessary documentation, it takes approximately 4 days to publish the offer and 2 to 3 weeks to present to you the selected candidates.
When we talk about centralized management at Padel Recruits we mean that the client delegates the management of the recruitment process exclusively to us, thus enjoying all the multiple advantages of a specialized service without the high costs of developing it internally. Centralized Management is included in the Premium option and is also recommended in the Standard option.
The process starts when we accept the job assignment and once we receive the initial payment and the necessary documentation (job opening & company info, pictures, logo, etc...) from the client.
The selection process and our work end when:
Basic: we have presented and provided the selected candidates' resumes.
Standard & Premium: we have received the final payment once the job offer submitted by the client has been accepted by the candidate.
At this point, the 45-day guarantee is activated in the Premium mode.
All resumes of candidates submitted to clients have been reviewed to ensure that they meet the requirements set out in the job offer.
In the Standard and Premium modalities, we also conduct direct interviews to assess technical capacity, experience, personal soft skills and check references if needed.
The Basic option has a one-off price, the amount of which depends on the characteristics of the post to be filled.
The price of the Standard and Premium options consists of a one-off upfront payment (per job type) and a fee for each position filled.
The amounts of these fees depend on the type of position, the difficulty and the level of resources needed to recruit the right candidate.
This is the consultancy service in which we make use of all our experience and knowledge of the current labour market in order, together with the information provided by the client, to be able to draw up the most attractive and competitive job offer possible.
This is essential in a market dominated by supply, by the workforce.
Knowing exactly what candidates are looking for and being able to differentiate yourself from the competition will enable us to achieve optimal results.
In this way we manage to attract the best candidates available at any given time for our clients' projects.
The warranty included in the Premium modality means that if, in the first 45 days, the candidate recruited by the client does not meet the commitments made or does not fit in with the company, Padel Recruits will present a new candidate at no additional cost.
In this way we guarantee a safe and satisfactory recruitment providing total confidence for our clients (we all know how costly in time and resources each recruitment is).
This situation will not occur as the client will include in the initial documentation the list of candidates already contacted by them.
Likewise, the client will inform us if they have contacted any other candidate during the recruitment process.
In this way we avoid duplication of effort and loss of time. This is one of the most obvious negative aspects of not having a Centralised Management of the entire recruitment process.
